I’m no longer a resolutions person. I was for years until I realised that it was too depressing to cheerily wave them off at the door on Jan 1st only to have them fizzle out each February (or Jan 12th!) Now I’m a habits girl. Powerful daily habits, no less. Shaken not stirred.

This year the habit is: “just drink a bloody green smoothie already”

Ingredients

Coconut water or water poured into blender just to cover up the veg (note - this is not the same as coconut milk - it's the clear "water" from inside a coconut)

Instructions

  1. Gather: Just chuck the following into your blender/liquidiser in this order
  2. Blend: Lid your blender and blend for about 1 min. The secret is to let it blend for at least 30 secs to 1 min at a high speed to avoid lumps.
  3. Pour half your smoothie into a glass and pour the other half in a jar or other sealed container. Drink the first half of your smoothie in the AM.... time passing ...
  4. And, we're back... Drink the second half of your smoothie in the afternoon or evening.
  5. Rinse and repeat daily!
